All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. Ayesha Ahmed has the right to fluctuate any prices in relation with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order.

Please be reminded that deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you. We give all order related questions high priority.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

LOCAL DELIVERY(PAKISTAN)
Charges of Rs. 700 shall be charged on purchase of first product and Rs.350 on each additional Kg.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (WORLD WIDE)
All international deliveries will be charge per Kg depending on the the weight and the country.

EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. All lawn sales, and custom orders are non-exchangeable.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honoured.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
